Drunk Deers are a folk metal band from Cuneo, born in 2020 during lockdown from the need of six restless twenty-somethings to make music that could entertain, make people dance and, perhaps, even move them. After finalizing the line-up in 2021, the band started playing its first live shows with a cover set.

In 2024 Drunk Deers began writing their first original songs, which were performed live for the first time that summer. The band has released two singles and is now preparing to publish its debut album, set to come out in summer 2026. Their sound stays rooted in folk metal while remaining open to other influences.

I Drunk Deers sono una band folk metal nata a Cuneo nel 2020, in pieno lockdown, dall’esigenza di sei scalmanati ventenni di fare musica capace di far divertire, ballare e, forse, emozionare. Dopo aver definito la formazione nel 2021, la band ha iniziato a portare dal vivo i primi concerti con un repertorio di cover.

Nel 2024 è iniziata la scrittura dei primi inediti, suonati per la prima volta dal vivo durante l’estate. La band ha pubblicato due singoli ed è ora prossima alla pubblicazione del suo primo album, previsto per l’estate 2026. Lo stile resta radicato nel folk metal, ma aperto anche ad altre influenze.
